Word of the Day: Adage

Today's word is adage. Adage is a noun meaning a well-known phrase that says something about life and human experience.

One of my favourite adages is, "Better late than never". To me, this means that no matter how old you are, your accomplishments are still to be celebrated. Don't worry about if someone else around you achieved something sooner than you did. Focus on the fact that you achieved it!
