Today's word of the day is lollygag! Lollygag is a verb that means spending time aimlessly, or to be idle, or dawdle. Obviously, you can't be fastidious if you lollygag! However, introverts may tend to lollygag because they don't want to deal with other people.

But where did it come from?
It is speculated that the word lollygag is a vowel mutation of lollygagging. Lollygagging meant foreplay and oral sex until the mid 19th century.
